Alvina Farm Stay has five spacious and private, self-contained 2 & 3 bedroom cottages and also a 2 bedroom unit. Situated on 15 acres near Ventnor Beach. 5 minutes from The Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks & the Nobbies & the Grand Prix Motor Racing Circuit.

Alvina Farm Stay has five private, spacious self-contained 2 and 3 bedroom cottages perfect for those visiting for a few days. Perfect for those in a wheelchair or with limited mobility, the apartments have all the equipment you could need. There is also a small 2 bedroom unit great for a small number of people for a short stay.

Situated on a 15 acre farm in the quiet township of Ventnor, this is a great spot to base yourself while exploring Phillip Island's many attractions. Only a couple of minutes drive to the safe Ventnor foreshore beach and about 5 minutes drive to the Penguin Parade, Seal Rocks and the Nobbies. This is also the perfect location for events at the Phillip Island Circuit as the roads are less busy, providing a quick run out to the track. Ventnor is also a short drive to Cowes.

Purpose built wheelchair accessible cottages provides for the whole family. Children are welcome with a games room with pool table, table tennis table and lots of fun things to do outdoors as well such as an in-ground trampoline, play ground, a small orchard and farm animals (horses, cattle, sheep, alpacas and chickens).

Breakfast provisions are supplied and all linen and towels are provided.

Each cottage has own undercover BBQ, full kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning and heater, TV, DVD, CD player, radio, books, videos and games.

The 3 bedroom cottages sleep up to 9 people, the 2 bedroom cottages sleep up to 6 people and the 2 bedroom unit sleeps up to 4 people.
