Our experienced staff and volunteers can assist with all your visitor enquiries, accommodation questions, touring and ticketing bookings throughout Phillip Island and Bass Coast.

Activities and Attractions: With many activities and attractions on Phillip Island our staff and volunteers can assist you with tickets, maps and advice on touring options so that you can plan your ideal holiday. It's a good idea to purchase tickets early in summer as tours and attractions do sell out.

Accommodation: We're happy to help you explore your accommodation options. We know the local properties well and can point you in the right direction to find something that suits your needs.

Special Events: Special events, festivals and markets are regularly on in Phillip Island and Bass Coast. See our events board in our Centre for upcoming information or plan ahead and visit our online Events Calendar for all the details.

Souvenirs: Pick up a memento of your trip! We stock a large range of souvenirs, local products, gifts and postcards.

Accessibility: We are accessible via a concrete path and ramp. It is approximately 39 metres from the accessible car park to the entrance door of the Centre. The path from the car park is up hill and the ramp has a 1 in 14 gradient. A Mobi Beach Wheelchair is available for free of charge hire. A Kulture City Sensory Inclusive Bag is available for use within the Centre.

• Meeting room for hire available during business hours and after hours (fees apply)
• Meeting room can be utilised as a prayer room (when available)

Location: 1 km after the bridge on Phillip Island, Newhaven. Look for the blue and yellow 'i' signs as you head onto the Island.

Opening Hours: Open daily from 10.00am - 4.00pm (closed Christmas Day).
