The Wonthaggi Workmen’s Club was founded in 1910 by a group of miners who sought to have their own social club in the Wonthaggi township.

Location: The Wonthaggi Club is situated in the heart of the main town.

Description:  Formed in 1911 the Club has had a colourful history, undergoing continual improvements. The new building incorporates the theme of the town’s coal mining origins. The Bistro offers a menu to suit the entire family, the children are entertained in the two playrooms. The bar has an extensive wine list featuring local and imported wines.
