In just over an hour from Melbourne, you'll reach the spectacular Phillip Island and Bass Coast region, a perfect getaway in any season.

 

Ferries

Westernport Ferries  operate a passenger ferry from Stony Point (off Mornington Peninsula) to French Island or Cowes on Phillip Island.

Searoad Ferries operate a car, caravan and bus ferry from Queenscliff to Sorrento (Mornington Peninsula). The drive from Mornington Peninsula is picturesque with cafes, antiques, and wildlife experiences along the way. A direct route by car should take less than 2 hours.

The Spirit of Tasmania is another ferry option to bring your own car, motorhome, caravan or camper tailer with you and explore Bass Coast in your own time. Visit their website for details and specials.
