Description
Location: Anchorage Park is a quiet and uncrowded park set on 5 acres in the semi-rural township of Ventnor. The Park is only a few minutes from Phillip Island's natural attractions, lovely beaches and a 5 minute drive to the famous Penguin Parade.
Property Details: Accommodation choices include: Standard Cabins (sleep 5); Family Cabins - (sleep 7); Backpacker Rooms (sleep 2); Grassed camp sites (water and sullage to most powered sites). Anchorage Park facilities include: Camp Kitchen, Laundrette, Disabled Shower/Toilet, Electric BBQ. The General Store on the property stocks petrol, bait, L.P.G., firewood, groceries, newspapers, DVDs, bread, meat, milk, fruit and vegetables, and has an excellent range of beer and wine in the bottle shop.
Bedding Configuration: Cabins include a combination of queen beds, double beds, Triple Bunks, tri-bunks (double bed with a single bed above) and single beds. Please check individual cabin descriptions for details. Bring your own bedding is required for cabin accommodation. Powered and unpowered sites have size limitations so please check details on booking.
Booking Conditions: All guests staying in cabins and on campsites must be accounted for on booking and on arrival. No smoking or pets permitted in the cabins. Pets are welcome on camp sites only in off peak times. Credit card details may be required on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Special Events Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Special Event Periods include but are not limited to Christmas New Year Phillip Island Moto GP Public Holiday long weekends V8 Supercars and World Superbikes events. Guests will be informed that the period they have requested is a Special Event Period and that the Special Events Cancellation Policy applies at the time of reservation. All reservations require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking some properties require full payment at the time of booking. The full balance of the reservation is required not less than 14 days before the commencement of the booking or the booking may be cancelled. If a reservation is cancelled the deposit will be refunded if the property is rebooked for the same dates at the same or greater tariff or at the discretion of the operator. A $50 admin fee will be retained by the booking agent.
Standard Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all reservations not subject to the Special Events Cancellation Policy. A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking or the first nights fees whichever is greater is required to confirm reservations made more than 14 days before the date of arrival. Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. Cheques and money orders will only be accepted if there is sufficient time for postage and clearing. If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the commencement of the booking monies received will be refunded less $10 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled 21 days or less prior to the arrival date or guest does not arrive the cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking or the first nights fees whichever is greater.
If cancellation is made due to COVID-19 restrictions outside of guests control a full refund will apply.
