The Whitlams- Coastal Tour Jan 2024
Join The Whitlams as they take to the stages of picturesque beachside towns, with the soundtrack to summer they played up and down the coast in the mid 90s. Starting in Kingscliff on New Year’s Day and winding down to Wonthaggi two weeks later, the legendarily high-spirited live band will be in top form after their sold out national capitals tour in October 2023.
The four piece is set to recreate the rollicking energy of its first three albums, ripping through the classics from 1993 to 1997.
From their debut “Gough”, to the crossover hit “I Make Hamburgers”, to the frenetic “You Sound Like Louis Burdett” and Hottest 100 number 1 'No Aphrodisiac', The Whitlams captured the hearts of a generation by describing a whole decade of its life - the mad, emotional, love-hungry contagion of the late teens and 20s.
