HIGH SEASON/PEAK PERIOD POLICY
School Holidays(All States) Public Holiday Weekends(Friday to Monday inclusive) All Major/Special Event Periods Easter Periods and Christmas Holidays (24th Dec – 31st Jan)
• Must be cancelled by 2:00 pm 60 Days prior to Arrival
• If MORE than 60 Days notice of cancellation is received $100 Penalty Applies with the balance refundable.
• If LESS than 60 Days notice of cancellation is received 100% Penalty Applies.
LOW SEASON/ALL OTHER PERIOD POLICY
• Must be cancelled by 2:00 pm 72 Hours prior to Arrival
• If MORE than 72 hours notice of cancellation is received $100 Penalty Applies with the balance refundable.
• If LESS than 72 hours notice of cancellation is received 100% Penalty Applies.
CHANGE OF STAY DATES
• If there is a change in dates which shortens the original booking the original booking cost will still apply
• Any changes to extend the stay dates utilising the original dates booked will not be penalised.
• Changes in stay dates which do not utilise the original dates booked will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above.
• There are no refunds or credits issued for early departures

TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We recommend guests purchase Travel Insurance which is generally inexpensive but can save a lot of emotional distress if an unforeseen event occurs.
• We also recommend your travel insurance will cover you for airline flight and accommodation cancellation as well as accident illness medical evacuation and theft.
All Schoolies guests are required to present photo ID and proof of age upon arrival. A $500 refundable security bond per room will be required at check-in. The security bond will be refunded once an inspection of your room has been completed with no signs of damage. All other guests are required to provide photo ID and valid credit card details upon check in.
